Founded in November
2011,
the Guangdong Low
Carbon Enterprise
Association
(hereinafter
referred to as the "Guangdong
Low Carbon
Association") is
a provincial
non-profit society.
The organization is subject to the operational
guidance of the
Development Research
Center of the
People's Government
of Guangdong
Province and other
government
departments and the
supervision of the
Guangdong Provincial
Administration of
Social Organizations
Superintendent.
